Tracy L. Welch
Managing Director & Head of Wealth Advisory
As Head of Wealth Advisory for Clarendon Private, Tracy Welch brings over two decades of experience in financial services and wealth management. She has extensive client relationship management expertise and most recently worked at Eaton Vance WaterOak Advisors, helping individuals and families achieve their personal investment and planning goals. Prior to joining Eaton Vance, Tracy was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse in the Global Markets division where she advised many of the firm’s key institutional clients. She provided chief investment officers, portfolio managers and analysts with insights into market conditions, economic and political trends, as well as company fundamentals and stock valuations.
A graduate of Dartmouth College, Harvard Business School, and the University of Virginia School of Law, Tracy practiced corporate law in Boston at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP.
She is a competitive amateur golfer and former captain of the Dartmouth Women’s Golf Team. She lives with her husband and three children north of Boston and is currently the Co-Chair of the Concord Academy Parent Annual Fund and previously served on the Board of Visitors of Park Street School.
